Accompany one of Chef’s unique dishes with a glass or bottle of wine from our selection beautifully displayed in our Wine Wall of the main dining room of Birch & Vine.  Our Wine Wall holds 1,800 bottles of wine, but our complete wine library has over 12,000 bottles of the finest wines!  Select from over 460 varieties or ask our house Sommelier for a recommendation.  A fully stocked bar is also showcased in our Lobby Lounge where our dedicated and attentive bartenders use fresh, locally grown fruits when mixing one of our signature cocktails!
