Blue Fugu is a Japanese steakhouse and sushi bar in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Featuring two unique concepts – the Japanese Hibachi Grill and a full Sushi Bar – all under one roof, we offer you the chance to experience the finest in Japanese cuisine, providing an unforgettable combination of great food and entertainment.

Allow us to dazzle your eyes as well as your taste buds. Enjoy tender Fillet Mignon, juicy Prime Sirloin, velvety Ahi Tuna, or fresh-caught Grouper on one of our restaurant's hibachi grills. Or you can explore our sushi menu, savoring a Nigiri or Maki Roll at our beautiful, full-granite sushi bar. Then finish your meal with a glass of authentic sake, with over 30 varieties to choose from!

We are located upstairs in the Publix Dolphin Village Shopping Plaza, on Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach, and across the street from many St. Pete Beach hotels, including the Don Cesar, the Tradewinds, Sirata, the Alden, and more. We are a short drive from Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Tierra Verde, and St. Petersburg.

We are open Monday through Sunday, from 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the summer season and 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the winter. We offer Early Bird Specials every day from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the exception of holidays and holiday eve. For reservations, call (727) 367-6762.

HIBACHI MENU

Experience authentic Teppan Yaki cuisine at one of our restaurant's hibachi grills. Our expert chefs, who have years of experience in the art of Japanese cooking, will prepare your meal right before your very eyes, using only the finest, freshest ingredients. Combined with a dazzling array of entertainment, your meal is guaranteed to please both the eyes and the palate.

Try our Hibachi NY Strip Steak or tender Fillet Mignon, available in 8 and 12 ounces. You can also pair tender, juicy chicken with succulent shrimp and even lobster. For some of St. Pete Beach's finest seafood, we feature everything from fresh, Gulf Grouper to Ahi Tuna, Salmon, Scallops, and more. All meals come with a shrimp appetizer, soup, salad, zucchini, onions, fresh mushrooms, and fried rice.

We are a full liquor bar featuring over 30 different types of Japanese sake, with one of the largest connoisseur sake selections on St. Pete Beach and the Tampa Bay area.
