The food menu is a marriage of new and traditional American cuisine featuring elevated takes on classic staples. Guests can expect weekly bourbon-inspired rotating specials and seasonal menu updates highlighting the wood-fired grill. Chef Kenny Tufo prides himself on using only the freshest ingredients and, when possible, locally sourced meat, fish and produce.

THE BARS

Our two full-service, state-of-the-art bars feature seasonal craft cocktails and weekly innovative specials, wine and local craft beer alongside a comprehensive bourbon selection. The 2nd floor bar will feature a vast brown spirits “library”.

Whether you’re a bourbon connoisseur or simply along for the ride, an educated distiller or whiskey steward will give you a quick interactive experience!

Tastings are available Wednesdays- Saturdays at 2 and 4pm. The interactive experience is $50 per person and includes the Horse Soldier tasting flight and an appetizer. Please book your spot on OpenTable or by calling us.
